Not the typical Valentine's Post!
Ohh Valentine's Day.. Sweet and sometimes bitter.. I think a day like this one is full of so much steriotypes and I just didn't wanted to make the typical post or chat about love or stuff like that because I think we all know in our very special way how that works, am I right?
So lets start with the most common steriotypes just for fun :
1. Typical Valentine's Day having a bf/gf where all your friends keep asking you what your plans are and the pressure of giving the other person some type of special gift or just make a really good day to your "valentine".. Let's just celebrate love every day.. That's my opinion.
2. The I'm too single to live this 14 of Feb.. In this case you can have a couple of attitudes. You can act like you totally hate love and boys/girls and on this types of days you just keep complaining about everything! Or you can just totally ignore the celebration and act like it's just another non-special day.
3. Let´s talk about SINGLE GIRLS on this day. I mean I have been single almost every 14th of February but some girls take it too badand I think this is one of the most common steriotypes: The typical single girls group that keep complaining about loneliness every week before Valentine's Day and they either try to act like they just totally hate love or joke/cry about being lonely and their crush is absolutely not thinking about them.
LOL to this.. girls if you aren't like that or your friends haven't been like that at least one year then you didn't understand what I just tried to describe!
4. The situation where one of your friends HAS a valentine and he/she send them a gift, and then everyone around just sighs and starts talking about that non-stop and it get's to the point where everyone seems to be too jealous to stop caring about it!! Don't tell me it hasn't happen, and if it hasn't well someday it will.
Well, there you have it, some of the steriotypes of Valentine's Day that I can remember right now!
I hope everyone has had a good day with your friends, families or anyone special!
Write on the comments if you remember another Valentine's Day steriotype or if you felt related with any one above :)
